Summary:

ICS was recently contacted by a Client who found proof of a hotel reservation for her husband in a nearby City. When confronting her spouse, he claimed it was for business and that the meetings would be running late. He also said that he and his colleagues were going to have a late dinner and drinks, at the hotel, which is why a reservation was made. The Client was suspicious that her husband wasn't telling the truth.

In an effort to gain evidence of an affair, ICS suggested that we perform surveillance on the date of the hotel reservation and the morning after. The Client agreed and surveillance was then scheduled.

Conclusion:

The Investigator began surveillance at the hotel during the evening of the initial reservation. One hour into surveillance, the Subject entered the lobby, checked in and then entered the elevator. The investigator overheard the front desk employee tell the Subject his room number, which was on the 5th floor.  

The Investigator returned to his vehicle to watch the main entrance in case the Subject left the hotel.  Soon after, the Subject and an unknown woman walked out holding hands. They got into the Subject's vehicle and drove off. The Investigator then began mobile surveillance.

The Investigator followed the pair into a nearby restaurant, and again witnessed them holding hands.  He then sat across the bar from where the Subjects were sitting. The Subjects then began to take several pictures of themselves together and kissed numerous times. The Investigator was able to get video and photo footage of this. After dinner was finished, the pair embraced and kissed several more times and additional footage was collected.

The Investigator then hurried back to the hotel and proceeded to wait in the lobby to gain a clear visual as the Subjects entered. In doing so, the investigator witnessed them getting in the elevator together and continue to the 5th floor. They were not observed for the rest of the night.

The next morning the Investigator observed the female Subject leaving the hotel in workout clothes.  After following the Subject to a nearby cafe, she returned to the hotel carrying two coffees. She entered an elevator by herself which stopped at the 5th Floor.

After witnessing the female subject leave the hotel the next morning with all of her luggage, the Investigator terminated surveillance.

The full report, pictures and videos were sent to the Client, who was very grateful to finally know the truth. The Client was able to use the information obtained by ICS in a "fault" divorce due to adultery, where they were awarded more of the marital property than would normally be allowed in a "no-fault" divorce.
