Summary:

ICS was recently contacted by a woman who was concerned that her husband may be seeking prostitutes during his business trips out of town. She claimed that his behavior had recently changed and that he had become increasingly distant each time he traveled for work. The Client was able to provide ICS with detailed information regarding his travel companions, as well as the hotel he may be staying at during his upcoming trip.

ICS then created an action plan to conduct surveillance on the Subject. First it was decided that a pretext call would need to be placed to confirm the Subject's hotel reservations and check in time. Once the hotel was confirmed our local investigator was contacted right away, so that he could prepare for surveillance.

Conclusion:

Our investigator arrived at the hotel, 45 minutes prior to check in time. He obtained a surveillance position in the parking lot; close enough to the main entrance to make out any distinguishing physical characteristics of the Subject as he entered the building. Approximately 20 minutes past check in, the Subject was spotted entering the lobby. Our Investigator was quick to follow and even covertly obtain photographs of the Subject with some of his work colleagues meeting in the lobby.

Later in the evening, the Subject and some of his coworkers were seen entering a taxi. Investigator then initiated mobile surveillance and followed them to a local restaurant. Investigator was able to obtain a surveillance position outside the restaurant and took numerous photographs of the subject during this time. No other woman were seen eating with the group.

After dinner, the Subject and his coworkers hailed another taxi and returned back to the hotel. Investigator again, was able to obtain photographs of the Subject entering the lobby. From that point on, no other activity was seen from the Subject or his coworkers. Investigator maintained his surveillance position until 1 a.m.

ICS then made contact with the Client to update her of her case status. The Client asked ICS to end surveillance as she felt confident that nothing was going on with her husband, and that surveillance had helped to put her mind at ease.
