Summary:

ICS was contacted by a Client who was residing out of the country for work, while his wife and children were living in the states with roommates for the time being. The Client suspected that his wife may be engaging in infidelity, and was concerned for the safety of his children, as one of the roommates was thought to have a criminal history.

ICS suggested that surveillance be done on the Client's wife and a background check completed on each of the roommates. However, during this initial process, background checks did not produce any negative results for the individuals in question.

Conclusion:

Surveillance was initiated at the school of the Client's children. The investigator watched the children get picked up from school by the Client's wife and proceeded to follow the vehicle back to their residence. Shortly after their arrival to the house, a beige vehicle driven by an unidentified male pulled into the driveway. After being in the house for a short period of time, the unidentified male, the Client's wife, and the children departed in the beige vehicle.

The group then arrived to a secondary residence, where they all entered the home and were seen greeting an elderly man with an embrace. At times, the children would go outside and play unattended in the yard and in the cul-de-sac. After a few hours, the group loaded back up into the vehicle and proceeded to a frozen yogurt shop, where everyone got out and all sat down to eat together. When they were finished, they returned to the Wife's residence. The unidentified male did not appear to leave, and surveillance was terminated by the end of the night.

ICS was not able to determine whether or not the unidentified male was one of the roommates the Client mentioned. ICS suggested that the Client proceed by having the plates on the beige vehicle run for further identification. At the time, the Client felt satisfied that his Wife was not having an affair and assured ICS that he would stay in contact, should he change his mind.
